HypnoBirthing gives parents the tools to release their fears.  The program teaches  mothers to relax the mind enabling the body to work as nature intends. Positive thinking, relaxation, visualization, breathing and being physically prepared are the tools that are taught during the monthly class.  As a result, the mother and her partner will gain the confidence to enjoy a peaceful birth, greatly reducing the pain during delivery and frequently eliminates the need for drugs and shortens birthing and recovery time.
